Recreational gymnastics classes at Rising Star are for boys and girls first grade and up. Students in these classes are grouped by age and ability. Each child receives instruction on all the Olympic events as well as power tumbling and trampoline.

Our recreational classes follow the USA Gymnastics levels program and guidelines, providing each child with the opportunity to work on and master a series of progressively difficult gymnastics skills. As students master a new level of skills, they will be awarded ribbons and medals for their achievements. These students develop poise, character, and self discipline, and become physically fit as they participate in the fun and exciting sport of gymnastics.
