Rising Star Gymnastics Training Center

 Rising Star Gymnastics offers Competitive/Exhibition team programs for students who have a great enthusiasm for gymnastics and have also attained an advanced skill level. Our team programs provide an environment where students learn skills such as goal setting, dedication, time management, sportsmanship, teamwork, and ability to overcome obstacles. A positive atmosphere encourages athletes to achieve their dreams and reach their full potential in gymnastics.

 Team enrollment is by invitation only. Age and skill level are both considered when placing team members. Achievements vary for each team and are subject to change. Being a team member requires commitment from parents and gymnasts. Team members are expected to attend all competitions and exhibitions in which their individual teams are entered. In addition to monthly fees, all team members Level 4 & up must pay a yearly team fee, competition entry fees, and purchase a uniform.

The Hotshot Girls Team is a developmental pre-team for three to six year olds. Selection to this group of girls is by invitation only. Emphasis is placed on basic skills, strength, flexibility, and learning through play. These girls perform at community team exhibitions throughout the year. Many of our Hotshot Girls move onto our Level 4 Competitive Team.
